STIGA Carbon Pro Truls Edition is a table tennis bat for those who want to play with speed, spin, and control in every shot. In collaboration with Truls, we’ve developed a unique bat with a blue-and-yellow design on the bat handle and packaging – and a special carbon-fibre construction inspired by the carbon fibre in Truls’ very own blade, the Cybershape Carbon CWT Truls Edition.

Carbon Pro Truls Edition is ideal for those who have advanced from beginner level and who want to develop their game with more pressure, variation, and precision. Created for players looking to go further in their offensive game, this bat helps you develop your register with the same passion and creativity found in Truls’ own playing style and technique.

The unique Cybershape design gives this bat a larger sweet spot, higher up on the blade, where many players can achieve their best ball impact. This helps you retain power and control, even when impact is off-centre. The bat shape also helps you get closer to the table for serves and returns, which delivers better feel in play and precision in your short game. Cybershape was developed in collaboration with Sweden’s Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) and professional players to deliver improved precision, feel in play, and confidence in the game.

The blade consists of 5 wood layers and 2 carbon-fibre layers, with the carbon fibre placed close to the core – as in Truls’ personal Cybershape Carbon Truls Edition blade. The carbon fibre is our stiffest and gives the bat a stable yet responsive feel with quick feedback when you increase the game’s tempo. It’s a combo that suits players looking to develop a more offensive game with refined attacks, quick counterattacks, and more confidence in every shot.

This bat is equipped with the STAR Advance rubber, a medium-hard rubber with a 2.0-mm sponge for a strong mix of speed, spin and control.
